| This historic photo was recently shared with us by former Fire Chief Jeff Fisher. Jeff received this image several years ago from staff at the Malta Home, who discovered it while going through items at the facility.
Unfortunately, not much is known about this fire truck. The only identifiable detail is the word “Granville” visible on the hood. Despite the limited information, this photo offers a fascinating glimpse into the early history of fire protection in our community.
Thank you to Chief Fisher for helping preserve and share this piece of Granville’s fire service history. |
