Tanker Assists With Juniata County Barn Fire

This morning at 0606 hours, Tanker 16 was dispatched to transfer to Friendship Fire Company in Port Royal while they operated at a barn fire in Tuscarora Township, Juniata County.

While en route to the transfer, Tanker 16 was requested directly to the scene. Upon arrival, the Tanker supplied water to the fireground while the crew assisted with overhaul operations. Members remained on scene for over four hours before returning to service.
